COVID-19

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, various countries are applying temporary relaxations of the enforcement of the Drivers’ Hours Rules.

Please be aware that OPTAC3 will still show the driver infringements in accordance with the EU Driver’s Hour Rules (561 / 2006) and Working Time Directive.

We recommend recording notes within the OPTAC3 system and confirming with local enforcement authorities which relaxations are permitted.
