Currently we are experiencing a technical issue with our phone system. Whilst we are rectifying this, please contact us via email or web chat.

How can I download my data from the digifobpro?

Please be sure that your digiConnect is installed in your PC; to check  that this software is installed:

  • Verify if you have this icon in your Desktop’s taskbar 
  • If you don’t have it, go to All Programs -> Tachosys and click on digiConnect.

If you do not have the icon in your taskbar or the folder Tachosys in your Programs, please download the latest version of the digiConnect from here

After this installation, please connect your digifobpro to your PC and your data will download automatically to the archive folder.
