An error ‘Open Session Failed’ appears when I attempt to download a tachograph with my digifobpro. How can I resolve this?

The download request has failed. Please perform the following checks:

  • Check that the company card is inserted in the tachograph.
  • Check that the ignition to the vehicle is on.
  • Check that the company card is locked in.
  • Ensure that the VU cable is securely connected between the tachograph and digifobpro.

 

Re-attempt the vehicle download.
