An error 7F3650 shows when I attempt to download a tachograph with my digifobpro. What does this mean?
The error means “The request cannot be performed (VU in a non appropriate mode of operation or internal fault of the VU)”. Perform the following checks:
- Check that the company card is inserted in the tachograph.
- Check that the ignition to the vehicle is on.
- Check that the company card is locked in.
Re-attempt the vehicle download.
