OPTAC3 Plus
An additional reporting service for our OPTAC3 customers*.
Drivers’ data is securely uploaded to our servers and reports are automatically generated and sent to you on a weekly or monthly basis. These flag up any anomalies, helping Transport Managers to save significant time and cost on their tachograph analysis.
The reports included in the OPTAC3 Plus bundle are:
| INFRINGEMENTS – ONLY | Prepares a letter only for those drivers with infringements without a summary of their activities. A signature field is provided for both Driver and Manager. |
| INFRINGEMENTS TABLE | Displays a table listing the number of times each driver has infringed based on Drivers’ Hours legislation. |
| INFRINGEMENTS EU | Prepares a letter for each driver, either with infringements, or stating that they have not infringed, provides a summary of their activities. A signature field is provided for both Driver and Manager. |
| COMPLIANCE REPORT | Lists all corresponding infringements (EU 561 & WTD) as well as Supplementary Infringements for a driver. A signature field is provided for both Driver and Manager. |
| UNKNOWN DRIVER | Displays any identified instances where the vehicle has been driven without a driver card inserted. |
| CARD DOWNLOAD REMINDERS | Shows last card download made by the drivers. |
| VU DOWNLOADING REMINDERS | Shows last VU download from the vehicle. |
| VEHICLE UTILISATION | Lists all days containing data of the connected vehicles. Each day contains a summary of the vehicle’s activities. The driver’s name appears if there was a card inserted in the tachograph. |
| EVENTS AND FAULTS VEHICLES | Lists all events and faults that have been recorded in the vehicles during the period. If there was a card in the tachograph when the fault occurred, the driver’s name and card number is presented. | DETAILED VEHICLE DISTANCE REPORT | Displays the daily midnight odometer value and the distance the vehicle has covered in the reporting period. |
