99% of you told us that, overall, you are satisfied with your OPTAC3 Tachograph Analysis System.

We continuously review and upgrade our product features and functionality to ensure we meet all our customer needs.

OPTAC3 Helpline Satisfaction

98% are satisfied with the telephone helpline support for OPTAC3. We consider our customer service to be just as important as the products we provide. If you ever have a problem, we’ll be here to help.

And don’t forget to use our Web Chat functionality. 91% of our customers agree it’s a great feature to have!

Prize Draw

It is our great pleasure to announce that the winner of the 2016 Customer Satisfaction Survey prize draw is Howard Whlaey from Kandy Toys Ltd., United Kingdom.

Over 700 OPTAC Fleet Viewer and OPTAC3 customers took part in the survey and Mr Whlaey was chosen at random to win a SmartWatch from Stoneridge Electronics.
