How do I download detailed speed using my digifobpro?
The digifobPro needs to be configured to download the detailed speed. To do that, please connect your digifobPro to the computer and open your digiConnect. (if you do not have digiConnect in your task bar, please refer to the “How can I download my data from the digifobpro?” FAQ)
Once your digiConnect is open, please select Configure Device -> Vehicle Unit Download and look for ‘Detailed Speed’, be sure that you tick the correct box and click ‘Apply’ and ‘OK’.
Now your digifobPro is configured to download available speed data; remember that speed data is only available for a given period of time according to type of Tachograph, before the information recorded is overwritten.
