How do I access OPTAC3 PC/Server version on a client PC?

To enable a client PC to access OPTAC3 PC/Server, the firewall on the PC/Server with OPTAC3 installed on it must be configured. If the PC/Server is Windows XP, then port 80 needs to be accessible. On other supported operating systems port 85 needs to be accessible.
