How can I identify missing data in OPTAC3 Web?
To identify any missing vehicle data, please go to Reports -> Vehicles and select ‘Missing Vehicle Data Viewer’. Select the vehicle(s), the period that you wish to check, and please tick the boxes in ‘Status Categories’.
After selecting all your options, please click View Report to see a graph with missing data during the period selected.
To identify any missing driver data, please go to Reports/Drivers and select ‘Missing Driver Data Viewer’. Select the driver(s), the period that you wish to check, and please tick the boxes in ‘Status Categories’.
After selecting all your options, please click View Report to see a graph with incomplete and/or missing data during the period selected.
