Can I assign specific depots to users?
Yes. The OPTAC3 Admin User can do this. (Depots can only be created by the Admin user.)
The Admin user then assigns the depots to the corresponding Standard user. Assigned depots can easily be altered at a later stage by clicking “Edit” next to the username.
Please be aware that Standard Users can only view the drivers and vehicles for the depots they have been granted access to. Drivers and vehicles that have not been allocated a depot are viewable by all Standard Users.
