The viewer screen shows a marking for any drive that has exceeded four and a half hours, until the ¾ hour break has been taken. 3. Speed Chart Record The last 24 hours of recorded speed, delivered in the same format as an analogue chart and in Tabulated form. 4. Choose your Downloading Options You can select/deselect the reports you want to download from the Tool, eg: you can remove 'speed data', which decreases the time you spend downloading. 5. Exporting Activities, Events & Faults, Speed Records Export Activity records, Events & Fault records and Speed records to Excel. 6. Digital Signature Checking Find out if the data has been tampered with. 7. Special Downloads Store and export special downloads such as RPM, D1 and D2. 8. Select a driver and a date range and you can see the totals for that driver and period. 10. Switch between Countries Switch between Spanish, French or the Rest of Europe formats. Very useful if a driver works in a number of different countries. 11. Download Problems Diagnosed If a download from the Tool fails for some reason, the software can tell you what the problem is. 12. Saving Notes in Reports When printing a report you can save any notes that you've added. 13. Move/Delete Files from the OPTAC Tool Connect the OPTAC Tool to your computer and the software can help you automatically move files to your PC and delete them from the Tool. These files can then be automatically imported. 14. Dutch and Danish Dutch and Danish have been added. 15. Printer Selection Enables you to select different printers.
